Campus visit. They had a standardized test with odd questions that had nothing to do with the job. Felt like the SAT’s or maybe an IQ test. Felt like it was stacked against me as a minority.

First step is video, where you talke about yourself. You recrod yourself answering few small questions they have prepared. This is very easy to do. and they will contact you for the next step and it will be the 30 min interview .
