I applied through university. The process took 4 months. I interviewed at Abercrombie & Fitch (Columbus, OH) in Nov 2021
Interview
After a career fair talk, got an email to do an online IQ style test. 2 days later got an initial 2 person interview. After that was a super day with 3 separate interviews and a tour of their offices (digitally). Then it was one more team interview before getting the offer

I applied through university. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Abercrombie & Fitch (Atlanta, GA) in Sep 2023
Interview
Had two 30 minute interviews back to back. Interviews were over Zoom. Basic behavioral questions and asked questions based off of my resume.
I applied for a full-time role in the Digital and Technology LDP, and I did not hear back from the recruiter until 3 months later!!! That is absolutely ridiculous and honestly unprofessional to keep applicants waiting that long. The recruiter who was interviewing me said that they would notify me of next steps / potential final round interviews about two weeks following my initial interviews.
What was also weird was how late they let me / other applicants know about the first round of interviews. My first round of interviews was on a Monday, and they had emailed me a sign-up form only the day before. Which I also think is weird because why would you send out important information over the weekend / Sunday of all days?
By the time I headed back 3 months later, they let me know that I had moved onto the final interviews, but I had already accepted another job offer by then. Abercrombie needs to fix their recruiting process or close their applications early if they are receiving too many applicants.
