Pretty basic interview. Group setting where they ask 3-5 questions, including one about diversity since they got sued for discrimination a few years back. Was recruited in store (this is where they do A LOT of their recruiting) and submitted an app at the kiosk in the store. Heard back exactly a week later with an offer.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
The questions are fairly straight forward. Just know a bit about the image that they are trying to sell (ie. classic New England prepster)
I interviewed at Abercrombie & Fitch (London, England)
Interview
The interview took roughly around 30 minutes - It was completely online and was only a video interview. Didn't hear back after the interview via any form of communication channels which was disappointing.

Question 1
What piece of clothing from the new range do you like best and why?
I interviewed at Abercrombie & Fitch (Jacksonville, FL) in Jun 2026
Interview
The interview felt distant and impersonal because it was conducted online. It did not seem very hopeful and felt more like an automated process than a genuine opportunity to connect with employers.
