Applied in store, choose a date for a group interview in store, interview is with 4 or 5 other people and 2 managers. Ask you about yourself and your qualities, about the brand, etc. Kind of hard because most people have the same answers. Try to be unique and have different answers. Be honest and laid back. Called a week later to say I got the job.

One on one individual interview that encourages you to dress the part for the image of Abercrombie. Group interviews allow you share your thoughts while bouncing off of each others’ input.

A manager sat a group of us down outside the store somewhere within the mall. They asked specific questions about the Abercrombie style and brand. They didn't ask much about the candidates individually. This was many years ago, so I'm sure it's different now.

Small group interview in the mall round table questions. Easy, don’t copy the other answers that’s it. Hear back pretty quick. Overall great vibe would highly recommend it to college students
