Interview
I was hired for an internship through my University. You are required to do a project, and after that I only had to complete one interview, then was hired directly after full time upon my graduation. I've heard it is more involved and arduous going the normal route of applying.

Question 1
I honestly can't remember. The most stressful part was that the interviewer was STONE COLD. Couldn't get a read out of him to save my life.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Abercrombie & Fitch (New Albany, OH)
Interview
The interview process was long. About 4 hours in total which included a personality test, meeting with 3-5 different people and a tour of the campus. Everyone was very friendly and open to any all questions.

Interview
I completed my first round of interviews at A&F with a recruiter over Skype. It was a really awesome experience, and great conversation that lasted over an hour! Since it was a video chat, I even got to see a little glimpse of the office environment before moving on in the interview process.
