I had a phone interview for a position that required 3-5 years of experience and 80% of the questions were geared towards high school and undergraduate activities. I was even asked about my ACT and GPA. (I've been out of college 7 years.)

Interview
The interview process started with a phone screening, followed by an interview at their campus in Columbus Ohio, which included a written aptitude test. I met with several people including the hiring manager, HR, the director of finance, as well as others.
