Interview
I went and applied, and right away the scheduled me for an interview the next day and they asked questions such as: what is diversity? why is diversity important in a work environment? what is customer service? explain one time you went above and beyond to satisfy a customer?
Group interview of around ten or so people, quick twenty minutes of general questions (why do you want to work there, what are your strengths/weaknesses), usually with store or assistant manager. Offer via phone call within a week.

Interview
I applied online and then I received a call back asking to come in for a group interview. The group interviews were held outside the store. There were about 6 of us in one group. We went around the circle answering questions.

Questions on your passion in customer service. They will ask you about the product knowledge, brand information. Questions like how do you think you can contribute to the company. And the commitment to work during weekends and closing.
