The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Abercrombie & Fitch in May 2010
Interview
It is fully based on looks and not on any sort of education nor experience. The company is very poor on getting back to you if you did not get the job. If they want to hire you, often time they will make you wait to increase the popularity and elusiveness.

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Abercrombie & Fitch
Interview
It is a very short interview. It is in the front of the store and they ask you questions and write down your answers on a piece of paper with clipboard. They seem to want people who look the role. I feel like they might discriminate based on your appearance and gender (if you are a male).
