They call you and discuss what the job is like. They also have you spend half a day with a guy doing the very job you’re applying for you so you can get a feel for what it’s like. And then they finish off with a quick interview to hash out the details Overall I think it’s a good way to screen for candidates and that’s part of why they have such good retention

I applied online and and email response arrived later that same day.
Initial verbal contact was by Sarah from the HR Department and she was very pleasant and informative. She explained the basic job requirements, benefits package and salary.
The next step was an interview with the Branch Manager and a ride-along with a senior Route Manager was done with the next week.
Finally, another interview is scheduled with the Branch Manager and Regional Manager.
