Phone interview. They asked me about my experience and skills listed on my resume. It was about 10 minutes. I learned about the contract, the pay, and some of the nebefits offered if I successfully got that position. After getting the okay to be selected as candidate I had to get interviewed by the hiring manager at the contract site. That interview was about 30 minutes. Mostly technical and well as a way to see if the manager thought I would be a good fit with their staff. Process took about 4 weeks to get initial clearance and about two interviews (one phone, one in-person) in a one week span before I got offered the position.
