Abacus Insights interview questions

I applied online and got a call from looks like their recruitment partner. The first round with hiring manager was arranged a day after for 45 minutes, which went for more than an hour. What was the most disappointing part was : We all are mature and professional and understand if the organization might want to interview other candidate or want to proceed with them, however gosting candidates after they spent so much time with them was something I didnt expect. Even after sending a followup: they just dont reply.

Average interview process. Completed within a month. Two interviews, one with HR and the other with the Hiring Manager and Vice President. Standard questions for project management or program management.
