Interview
Human Resource process starts from sourcing out application. Shortly after they screen them through phone calls. After the calls that's the time to decide whether the applicant is sorted out or gets endorsed to the next interview phase. Endorse applicant are requested appearance in the office to take exams, Shortly after they are being prepared for the Human resource manager interview and for top management applicant they are prepared for general manager interview and at time CEO interview is also applicable.
