The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Aaron's (Austin, TX) in May 2007
Interview
Even though I filled out an application online I still had to fill out another one at the store when I interviewed. The whole application package was very large and the process was quite lengthy. Make sure you have plenty of time to do the interview. The first interview was with there recruiter which was the shortest of the three interviews and fairly easy. The next was with the Regional manager which took some time and was not too hard either. The final was with the General Manager and took quite a bit of time. This person mostly did all the talking so I felt like this whole part was a waste of my time and gas. The person mostly was stroking their own ego about how good he was at the job. overall easy interview.
