I applied online. I interviewed at AZZ (Lake St Louis, MO) in Dec 2019
Interview
I received a call from HR who left a message to call her back regarding the Sales Manager role I applied for. I called back about an hour later and she thanked me for returning her call promptly. After introductions, she wanted me to walk her through my background.
I began to give my experience and a couple minutes during the interview as I was walking through the power points of my experience matching the role I heard her talking to someone in the background. I stopped as I assumed she was talking to someone important. She said go ahead and continue. continued and shortly I heard her laughing. I thought, WTF?! Is this seriously their HR department? What a joke. So I quickly finished and she said she would send me an email and update me on the next steps.
I was told they are bringing candidates in for in person interviews the first week of January. I never received an email nor did I ever hear back from this rude organization. The worst company I have ever interviewed with.
Seriously, does this company have any talent if this is their HR department. Do yourself a favor, don't even apply to this joke of a company. They will likely assured go out of business. Thank you AZZ, as you lived up to your name!
I applied in-person. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at AZZ (Winsted, MN) in Oct 2018
Interview
Walk in and hired as long as you can pass the drug test you are pretty much hired on the spot, then you start training and get raises yearly. Not a bad gig just hard working atmosphere
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at AZZ (Fulton, MO)
