AZ Center for Change interview questions

I responded to a posted ad and an interview was promptly scheduled. However, the hiring manager who interviewed me was in a different part of the company than the one I applied for, and on the other side of town. The interview went well and she was prepared to move forward with me, but I reiterated my interest in the position I'd actually applied for. She committed that that hiring manager would follow up in about a week when back in town. That didn't happen. I took a job with a competitor.
