AYM Syntex interview questions

The interview process comprised of 3 steps 1) Group Discussion 2) Behavioral-based interview 3) Technical Interview The AYM Syntex HR team was extremely professional. They were quite quick and informed just after the completion of the round that I was eligible for the next interview round. During the interview, the entire panel including the Director of the company was incredibly interactive, and instead of one-sided questions they interacted very well and explained their requirements explicitly. The best thing during the interview process was that they tried to make me comfortable and told about their company. Just a couple of hours after the 3rd and final round, they notified me that I was selected for the position. Overall experience was good with them.
