I have a three year experience in the HR a right now they were searching for a people delivery specialist that had fluency in Italian and all of the knowledge of how the italian documents are handled. I was basically the perfect candidate. I am myself doing a lot of interviews, and the fact that just after one interview they just sent me an automatic rejection email proves to me that they are quite unprofessional. I have at least should be evaluated a second time, or received a proper explanation on why I wasn’t chosen, since I met all of the requirements. The interview was easy, non structured.

I interviewed with the company at the end of February. During the interview, I was told that I had successfully passed the first stage and that I would receive feedback about the next steps.
Since then, there has been complete silence.
It is now almost April, and no one has provided any update, rejection, or explanation. This creates the impression of a disorganized hiring process and a lack of basic respect for candidates.
A professional company should not make promises during an interview and then disappear. Even an automated rejection would be better than no response at all.

Question 1
The interview questions themselves were quite basic and predictable for a supplier quality / quality management role. The discussion focused on standard topics such as FMEA, Control Plan, supplier management, and common supplier-related situations. In my view, the interview lacked depth and did not go much beyond routine quality management questions.

The process includes 2 interviews. The first one is with HR, where expectations are aligned, and the second is with a Tech lead and a senior manager, where hard and soft skills are evaluated.
