ATA Architects interview questions

We spoke about my experience, they described how good it is working with them and they are really interested I would join the company and they would have prepared a job offer. When I received the offer, the wage was 10k below my last employment. Unbelievable, they are not serious at all, trying to get experienced people to work for a low salary.
