First I had an interview by phone with the recruiter which went very smooth. They asked me if I knew ASML, what were they doing, etc. Then I had an interview with the Hiring Manager they asked me my background and etc, (they were very interested). Then, the interview switched, and start asking me questions about the systems that compounded their machines.... i said I didn't know, because I had no previous experience on that.... For this job, you must be a hands-on guy. It doesn't matter if you study the whole ASML site and the links they gave you (because I did and still didn't save me). They want people who teardown engines or bikes. From the moment they realized I didn't have that experience, their questions were very specific about the machines in ASMLs and stuff that wasn't very relevant to the job. That made me feel that I didn't know anything...
