Had a phone screening with HR. The interview itself was as standard as you can get. The career-HR guy I spoke to was shocked when I told him my salary requirements. "How did you get THAT number?!" Uh, because I know my own worth and we live in San Diego, that's why. Needless to say, I did not move onto the second round.
