Interview
A phone screening followed by a 1-hr interview with the group leader followed by 3-4 hr interview with different members of the team.
They never got back to me after the interview, even after many weeks. I was expecting better from a company like ASML

It was one half day onsite with 3 different interviews. You first introduce your experience, previous project. Then there was a case study, and which you can prepare before. In general not that difficult.

Introduce yourself and then ask questions about your CV, e.g. what difficulties did you encounter during the project, how did you solve them, what did you learn in the process, explain the theory of the project, how did you apply your skills in the process
