I spent my time, read the company in details, annual report, goals. But they did not spend time to check carefully. When I was waiting their call they just said sorry and cancelled the appointment just before 6 minutes to appoinment. HR should be revised, ASML is a big and succesful company but HR and Talent Specialist make ASML lost the company prestige. I thought as CEO of ASML we cannot do it without people. I will try to find solution for this wrong process when I I will start to work at ASML in the future. Best regards
