I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at ASML
Interview
I applied to the company via a recruiter. It took several weeks to arrange the actual interview though. The interview itself was more friendly and casual than expected (in a good way) with questions targeting more on your personality and way of thinking/working and less on specific technical knowledge.

Question 1
What would you do if you were ordered (by your lead engineer) to do something (i.e. an operation) which -from your experience & point of view- would have disastrous consequences for the machine itself.
Very casual and friendly interview process. Common questions and a lot of focus on the non technical aspects of the job and your personality. There are more than one interviewer. Go through the normal interview process.
