The process was straight forward. Was called into interview as a Christmas temp, and it was a group interview with the other applicants. They explained the basics of the role and different departments in the store. We then were taken on a tour around the store, and asked to point out any improvements we would make.

In person interview, they ask 4 questions mainly personality based and also some work related ones. They then tour you around the store, and you get to meet some colleagues
Good, thorough process, seemed like a nice culture and the manager was well informed. Process felt fair and I was put at ease throughout by the interviewer. It was a good experience
