Interviewed with Asda George at head office location. The interview was with two managers. The interview was relatively easy, asked about working under time pressure, organisation and relevant experience etc. I had the opportunity to ask as many questions as I wanted, and it felt like a really honest, and open discussion about my fit for the role. The interview process was one interview face-to-face, instead of 3 rounds of interviews like you have at other companies, which I found really refreshing

Was tasked with preparing an SWOT presentation. Interview questions were quite repetitive and strangely worded but was given plenty of time to answer. Prepare numerous examples of experience. Interview was with two individuals of which both were welcoming.
