Interview
It was an initial group interview of which there were some team building exercises and ice breakers. Then a 1 on 1 interview where I was asked for previous rlelevant experience and any personal skills that could serve me well in the job.

Question 1
Give an example of a time where you had to use deescalation to resolve an issue.
Fairly straightforward, just asked about me and then work experience I had done, a few tell me a time questions then they took me round the shop for an activity
It was an easy interview process for me, they explained everything very very clearly and lots of lots of help was given to arrange the times and dates of the calls and interview.
Applied online and got sent a job simulation test. Completed the test and then got a call to come in for an interview. Went in for the interview and it was general questions about what makes good customer service.
