I applied online. I interviewed at ASDA in Jun 2019
Interview
After an online application involving how one should act in a variety of scenarios, I was invited to a group interview. The questions were based on your personality and interests, which were then followed by competency-based questions after a tour of the shop floor and warehouse.

Question 1
What processes of the shop floor did you see that could be improved?
Easy and straight forward, online situational test first which is easy to follow and understand. Then in person interview which only lasted about 5-10 minutes explaining availability. Then have an induction day walking you through how the shop works and what you'll be doing.
