Was semi-formal and friendly. Main focus was on how I would apply to the job in addition to the standard questions related to customer service attitude and teamwork. Took time to discuss personal commitments and how the assigned shifts can be arranged to accommodate them.

Interview
After completing the online assessment, I received a call from a manager inviting me to a group interview, I personally thought the manager didn't have the best attitude throughout the interview. I heard back 8 days after my interview from the manager telling me they would like to offer me the job

Why ASDA? What is the Twilights role? What is your experience in retail? Walk around the shop and list 2 good things and 2 bad things (about stock, general cleanliness etc..)

Interview
Asked to come in and do group interviews with others. Consisted of communication tasks between others in the groups and building activities. After carrying this out I received a phone call the following day asking me to come back for a 1 on 1 interview. This consisted of questions regarding previous experience and attitude toward customers etc.
