It was pleasant, and i was hired really fast after interview. It was my first job so they did not expect any knowledge of me. They just wanted to see how i am as a person.

Interview
Informal and relaxed 1st round interview. Walked the team through my CV and then answered a series of questions. Whole process lasted about an hour. The team was very open to being asked questions about the culture, environment and strategy of the business division. It actually felt more like a meeting than an interview due to the openers of the team.

What do you think is the best affiliate network you have worked with and why?
Easy - more of a chat than a formal interview. Much will have changed since my time at the company and I suspect it will probably be more of a formal process now that the agency takeover by APD has settled in.
