A chat with the hiring manager. He was a project manager looking for a Scrum Master. Didn't know what he wanted I feel - it was a pilot project and a very small team of just four of us. I got a contract for a couple of months and good money out of it, but the team needed only one of us.. either a PM or a Scrum Master, not both.
