Interview
I was reached out to - phone interview - excellent feedback and promising circleback dates, then Ghost. I followed up a week later and received no response. They reached out to me a month later and mentioned the role was filled internally and asked if I'd be interested in another two roles. Against my better judgement, I decided to go for the 2nd interview, and again I was ghosted. Negative experience would not recommend. Poor communication from this company leaves a bad taste in your mouth.

Background experience - clienteling, leadership style, etc.
I was genuinely disappointed by my experience with the recruiter. The call felt robotic and impersonal—more like a spam call than a meaningful conversation. There was a clear lack of authenticity, and when I asked questions, the responses felt rehearsed and dismissive, as though my interest in the role was an inconvenience. Plus, no email response after thanking the recruiter for her time.
As someone who has followed Anine Bing for years and truly connects with the brand, I expected the exchange to reflect its bold, intentional, and elevated identity. Unfortunately, this interaction did not represent that at all. I even took the time to send a thoughtful thank-you email afterward despite my experience, and never received a response—which speaks volumes.
This first impression left me feeling disconnected and disappointed, and honestly, it would make me question accepting the role if offered. A recruiter is a reflection of the brand, and in this case, that connection was completely missing.

Describe your management style and it was asked twice - but in 2 different ways.
Emailed to set up first interview. The interview format was changed day before.
Interview was more like a conversation. Ended with being told that they wanted to have others interview me and I would be contacted to set them up however never was contacted even after sending a thank you email and follow up email. Very unprofessional just ghosted
