Video call with recruitment manager lasting 20mins. Straight forward casual interview. Approximately 5 questions on previous experience and why you think you are a fit for the role. Position offered through email within a day of interview. Phonecall with regional manager. Training on site.

Not much of an interview process, I just recieved it after a few questions about my availablility. Once done I then did a trial shift at 5am making coffees for the first time. It was difficult at first but I got the hang of it.
