Interview
Was contacted via email 2 days after submitting an application to set up a phone interview. The phone call arrived on time and the interviewer from HR asked basic questions . We only spoke for 7 minutes. Was told the information would be forwarded to the unit director and they would decide if they would want an in person interview or not. Received an email the following day saying they were pursuing other candidates.

Interview
I applied on the company website. Initial interview over the phone with a recruiter. Then interview with the manager. Then interview with charge RN and a couple of staff RNs.
Recruiter called a few weeks after I applied and asked about education, experience and license status. At the end of the call they set up my first in person interview with the nurse manager. Recruiter called again a few hours after my interview to set up a peer interview. Recruiter called the day after my peer interview to offer me the position.

Interview
Met a recruiter at a job fair. She took my resume, interviewed me over the phone, then scheduled an interview for me with the director of critical care at Hinsdale. Experience was pleasant. After we chatted, she sat me down with a PCU and ICU clinical coordinator for the peer evaluation. Afterwards I received a reference check and was offered a position. Pretty seamless.
