      Interview

Interview process with actual PEOPLE was smooth and pleasant. However, the psychobabble 4-hour online test is brutal. Frankly I am a little surprised that a company of this size is still participating this these types of procedures for screening candidates -- especially given the fact that some States have considered it be discriminatory. They tell you there is no right or wrong answers but clearly there are because if you "score too low" they will not move forward with you as a candidate. Many of the questions are timed and designed to be confusing. Example below.

Ensuring that the students learn as much as possible about the organization encourages interest in working on a permanent basis. Organizations pay students on a fixed rate without the usual entitlement to paid holidays or bonus schemes. It is possible that permanent staff who are on holiday can have their work carried out by students.? True, False, or Cannot Determine
