A recruiter reached out to me regarding a position I hadn’t applied for. Two interview rounds were scheduled a few days apart, the first with the Manager and the second with two Senior Engineers. The Senior Engineers were very helpful in guiding me toward the right answers, but since they didn’t turn on their cameras, it initially felt a bit unsettling
