AMC Grupo interview questions

I was initially contacted for a Lean Consultant position. Along the interview, the HR manager "considered" that my profile had a better fit as "commercial manager's roght hand". All the process was an overconfidences parade, lacks of respect, communication and honesty. Initial salary conditions were much higher than the ones offered later on (you'll earn more as long as you show us), hidden working hours conditions (working on bank holidays and saturdays was only mentioned after the "hands shake"). The familiarity and lack of restraint shown were stunning. During my career as a consultant, ? have never seen something similar. AVOID.
