Interview
Started with assessment review plus receiving and answering questions. I also had a chance to be interviewed by the manager of this position. The overall process was effective. I appreciate the responses given to my questions during the interview.
The interview was well conducted. It started when I saw an email that I was sortlisted and later was given an wrotten exam to prepare a session. I did it and submitted and latter I was informed that I has to do a presentation of the session which really went well. I appreciate the fact that ALU considers candidates availability. Later I had a call with the Managers. And today, I have received this email.
I really appreciate everyone who plays a role in creating a conducive environment for the condidates.
