Employment hiring is outsourced through an employment agency. Had a phone conversation with agency & received a call from Manger of Dept. Had one phone call interview. Too much later, I received another phone call. They had chosen somebody else, but they needed another person so they contacted me.

Interview
began as phone interview with recruiter. Basic questions concerning background and interest. Set up in-person interview with department manager for following week. Basic interview questions to see if you fit role with situational questions. contacted two weeks after interview. Another phone interview set up with similar questions.
