Very simple, recommended by Alstom employee for interview, and half an hour general discussion and then only salary negotiation with HR.
However process is not clear and there is always ambiguity about the position they are offering so same need to be checked repeatedly.
HR only asked general questions and showed no respect. Unfortunately, HR HR was very unprofessional and spoke in an inapproaite manner. It seemed like she had already made up her mind before the interview...

3 interview first with HR. They are asking questions about you, your background . They explain your job description. Than with manager about job and final with director. Later than they are calling you for the offer.
