I initially met with a recruiter at a jobs fair at my University. I gave him my resume and followed up with an email shortly after. He connected me with the manager of generator engineering and I came in for an interview with him and two others, with whom I met with individually for a 1:1 interview. The questions I got were mainly about clarifying my educational experience, personal background, and detailing the job requirements. I got an offer a couple of weeks after that and accepted the position.
