I applied online. The process took 4 months. I interviewed at ALL4 (Kimberton, PA) in May 2024
Interview
Rounds of virtual and in person interviews with multiple members of the office with a round of technical project. The technical project is an attempt to give an idea of a project may look like for technical staff.
Long and too drawn out for what it was, many parts and ultimately got ghosted so did not feel like an incredible use of my time. Would not recommend if you’re passionate about environmental work and sustainability.
The interview process is comprised of multiple steps and for some candidates can feel drawn out. While there may be lags in communication as we evaluate candidates, we do pride ourselves on our follow up communications and transparency in outlining our hiring timeline. We regret if your experience did not align and appreciate you taking time to share your feedback.
HR meeting relatively comfortable and informal. In-person interview long and you have to talk to many people separately. Each employee has a list of questions to ask you, though the agenda sounded vague like it would be a discussion/introduction. You may be asked to do a third informal call. Whole process takes about four months.
We're glad to hear that you had a positive experience. Our goal is to create several touchpoints for candidates with ALL4 employees throughout the interview process. The intent is to afford candidates opportunities to be curious and ask questions and to experience ALL4's culture.
