Too many levels of interview with no clear objectives for each level of interview. It would be prefer if the objectives of each level of interview make known to the candidate

Several probing technical questions with recruiter and hiring director. Several questions about blade technologies and data center technologies and windows servers. Active directory and Dell solutions. It was pretty extensive and I think they wanted to make sure the technical abilities had been met.
