Attend the group interview, last about less than 1.5 hours. They spend first 40-45 minutes to introduce ALDI's history and why they can offer lower price goods than Coles and Woolworth. Then comes to the group interview. It is just an HR staff seat in the little group and ask normal questions. Candidates answered the questions one by one. Finally there is a brief summary.

Group Interview (4 people came). Asked to introduce ourselves and explain why Aldi. Then the area manager told about aldi operations for about half an hour. After that we could ask questions. It is better we ask relevant questions

Aldi's "hiring event" is really just turning in your resume. We stood in line of one woman who never said her name or position. She asked us each one question (quoted below). Wouldn't accept a cover letter, and all the resumes go to the district manager. Had no opportunity to convey anything to a decision maker.
