I applied through university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at ALDI (Syracuse, NY) in Sep 2014
Interview
It was a Campus interview, the interview difficulty level is about average, Aldi staff in general are very professional and kind in my opinion, they asked questions like why choose Aldi, conflict or difficulty you had with your previous working experience and how you resolved it. They started the interview with ice breaker questions related to your background, such as why did you transfer universities and why you made that decision to see your personalities and how you deal with decision making process.
