The interview process was really unprofessional. It was a group so about 20 of us and we all waited in line and got interviewed individually. Not the type of 1 on 1 interview that I would have preferred. Because you had to wait around 2 hours for all the interviews to be completed to do a tour of the store.

Interview
Initial interview is a group interview with 20 plus people. There is a tour of the store, and an explanation of expectations and company history. There is a short meeting with hiring management for screening for 2nd interview.
Group interview, 7am. Took a brief tour of the store, manager asked questions throughout. Speak up and answer questions during the tour. Then pulled into offices separately for 10-15 minute interviews.
Not difficult at all. There is a two step interview process where the first one you meet with the manager and the second you meet with the general district manager.
