Interview
I had one Mandatory Session, where students who were invited for the fist Interview had to attend.
The first interview then took place a day later. It lasted about 20min and it was an comfortable-atmosphere
My second interview took place at on of their Headquarters. I Interviewed with one Director and one Vice-President. They also showed us their warehouse and we all drove to one Aldi-store where we met a District Manager.

Interview
First round was a video recording having to answer six behavioral questions. You are given about two minutes to answer each question and 30 seconds to prepare for each question.
Resume screen then HireVue, very basic and simple questions. One attempt but you get 30 seconds to prepare. There's also some videos to watch of the hiring manager describing the process.

Interview
4 rounds, not very technical, after the first round, it's just talking to highups to see if you fit the culture. You get the name of the interviewer ahead of time.
