Very easy interview process. I had a group interview and tour of the building. Then we did a one on one interview that lasted only a couple minutes to go over availability.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at ALDI in Mar 2022
Interview
The initial application online felt long and meaningless to my actual role I would be playing. However, the face to face interview was quick and easy! The area manager was lovely and offered me advice on how to perform in the role.
Questions were very peculiar,
“what is your interpretation of ALDI?”
“when you think if ALDI, what product comes to mind?”
“What is ALDI’s place in world”
Guy was nice but the questions were very unique.
