I applied through a recruiter whole experience took 2+ months The interview consisted of two parts, first was an aptitude test lasting 16 minutes with 90 questions. Second part was a 1 to 1 interview with an Area manager which unfortunately I must say came across throughout the interview as having already made his decision based on the fact I had been with a competitor for over 15 years.
