Zoom interview, questions were asked online due to covid so we couldn't go in to have face to face interviews. went quite well, was called into store for a trial but I declined as the travel was long
Group interview, then went and waited then got interviewed with more people and got a second interview, failed. Good job though looks exciting just failed the interview hoping to work at another spot
Just the basic 15-30 minute sit-down of your resume and who you are as a person with the manager, followed by a virtual team's call with an Aldi executive. Very friendly and welcoming, just show you care about the role and their values and you should be good.

Showed up and waited with 5 other people. A manager then showed us around the store to show off the responsibilities. Then they pulled us into the office for 1 on 1 interviews.
