Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, I was shortlisted for a 15-min 1-on-1 interview with the Area Manager in the store I applied to. They mentioned that typically there will be a group interview, but this is not possible due to the current situation. Also, the 1-on-1 interview needs to be kept brief.
Rigid, not in person, is online, many applicants, probably they just have to screen them all and ge the jobs done, a big business I guess. Online test then record a video interview

Can you tell me about a time that you had an employee that you helped with their training and that really sticks out in your memory and what their training process was sort of like?
So during your time as a manager, what has been your favorite part about being a leader as well well as the biggest challenge that you've had to overcome?
Group interview and tour of the store. Short one on one interview lasting 5 minutes or less with store manager or district manager. Process was rushed and interview was not long at all.
